In every instance, The Camera Shop will make its best effort to insure that your order is processed and shipped quickly and complete. Upon receipt of your order, we will issue an e-mail acknowledgement and will follow up with another e-mail providing shipment details. If, for any reason, we cannot ship upon receipt of your order, we will advise you of that.
Shipments Within the U.S.A.:
Unless you advise us otherwise, we will ship your order via UPS Ground Service from our offices in Tacoma, WA. The cost for this service is $8.50 up to 10 lbs & $12.50 up to 20 lbs. Second and next day services are also available for $12.50 (up to 4 lbs) and $30.00 (up to 4 lbs) respectively. These services are handled by UPS or under special circumstances, Federal Express.
Typical Transit Times for UPS Ground Transit Packages* :
- Northeastern US: 4-7 business days
- Southeastern US: 4-6 business days
- Midwestern US: 4-6 business days
- Southwestern US: 3-5 business days
- Mountain States: 3-5 business days
- Western US: 1-3 business days.
* Please note: Should the weight of your order exceed the limits listed here, we will contact you with a quotation of shipping charges; we will not proceed with your order without your authorization of such charges. UPS gives priority to commercial deliveries; residential deliveries for ground packages will often take an extra day
A NOTE FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our mail-order department is staffed by friendly people ready to ship your order wherever you need. If you'd like us to ship your order overseas we can ship via standard US Mail or FEd EX, inquire first regarding shipping rates if you have any questions. We accept payment by certified bank check (in US funds), or money order or major credit card. Please call 253-627-4159 or e-mail if you have any questions. We can bill your Fed Ex number if you would like, just drop us a note with your requesting such service.
Returns
Our guarantee:
WE warrant our products to be free of defects. If your DVD or Video tape in not functionin, we will replace it with in 10 days of your purchase, please email or call immediatly if there is a problem with the media.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets,and packing inserts.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
Returns must be received by camerashoptacoma.com within 14 calendar days after notifying The Camera Shop of intent to return. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will ship another DVD or VHS to you.
